I am the founder and CEO of Voices of Change LLC. I first developed developed the Voices of Change personal growth writing program within the federal prison system in 2016. A year later, I received Congressional recognition from Congressman Steve Pierce. Since its inception, the Voices of Change program has grown into an organization dedicated to changing lives through the use of literacy and writing.
I conduct professional development workshops both nationally and internationally. In 2022, I facilitated leadership and communication workshops for the Trinidad and Tobego Prison Services, Arizona Correctional Educators, Inc, and the Pima Reentry Coalition.
With over 27 years of progressive leadership in both state and federal prison systems, I continue to focus on transforming high-potential individuals into outstanding leaders. I am a subject matter expert in crisis management, policy development, offender reentry strategies, leadership, ethics, and diversity training.
I am a certified instructional designer/developer, cognitive behavioral therapy life coach, and spiritual advisor. I am a publisher author, poet, and instructor who is dedicated to impacting and changing lives.
